Why should I donate to DCEF?  I already support the PTO, Music Parents Assoc. and Booster Club.

It’s important to do both. These parent-driven organizations play a critical role in raising money for extras such as curriculum-based field trips and extra-curricular music and sports programs. The Foundation, on the other hand, raises money for enhancements in instruction, professional development, gifted student programs, community service learning, technology and system-wide improvements that the district could not otherwise afford.  

How is the money raised?

Donors may contribute to the Foundation at any time. In addition to sponsoring annual fundraising events, the Foundation will accept and administer tax-deductible donations, gifts and bequests.

Does the Foundation have an endowment? 

Our goal is to establish an endowment to provide a predictable source of income for the Foundation to sustain its initiatives.  

Your tax-deductible contributions make a difference in the educational lives of Dudley and Charlton schoolchildren.

Employers match your contribution to the DCEF dollar for dollar. Please contact your Human Resources partner to see if your firm offers a Matching Gifts Program. Fill out your company's form and submit it along with your contribution to us. We will validate the form and forward it to your company for the Matching Gift award.
